Q: Where are you located?  

A:  Our main office relocated! We are currently at 720 N Walnut Street, Shelburn IN 47879.  If you are a trucker, this is where you will most likely be dropping off or picking up.  To get directions click here

 Q:  What are your shipping and receiving hours?

A:  Our current shipping and receiving hours for Shelburn, IN are M-F 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Eastern Standard Time.

For our Oaktown, IN location, the hours are M-TH 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. 


Q: Do you need an appointment to pick up or drop off?

A:  You do not need an appointment. We are a first come, first serve facility.


Q: What if I am running late/past your shipping and receiving hours? 

 A: Please call our facility at 812-745-2235.  You must get permission to drop off or pick up past hours.  If you come past hours without permission then staff might not be here to load or unload you or to assist you with your paperwork. 


Q:  What type of business are you? 
A: We are a sawmill and a manufacturer of heavy equipment mats including crane mats.  We also buy and process timber.


Q:  Do you have mats for rent?        

 A: Yes, we now have heavy duty mats that are available for renting.  Please call us and we can give you a quote or assist you with your needs.


Q:  Do you buy individual logs to process?

A: No.  We only buy standing timber by the acre or bulk lumber.


Q:  What are your office hours?        

A: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.


Q:  Are you open on holidays?      

 A:  No, we are closed for most major holidays.


Q:  What kind of mats do you produce?

A: We produce timber mats for construction and heavy duty equipment including crane mats. They are great for ground protection and to protect your equipment from costly repairs and towing.
